Payment & Insurance

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO & Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Choice, and out-of-network with all other private insurance companies (e.g. Aetna, Humana, Cigna, and United). At this time, we are unable to accept HMO policies or state-funded insurance policies. You can search for providers covered by state-funded insurance (i.e. Medicaid plans, All Kids plans, etc.) at enrollhfs.illinois.gov. If private insurance does not cover services, we do offer discounted out of pocket pricing that can be provided upon request. If you are using an in-network insurance policy we are required to charge you the contract rate. Please note that even if insurance does cover therapy, clients are responsible for all services which go toward a deductible or coinsurance.
