Located in Roscoe Village, we are an interdisciplinary practice providing developmental therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, counseling/social work services, and therapeutic preschool services. We value family engagement, creativity, and individualized, high-quality therapeutic services. Our therapists tailor the therapy process to celebrate each child’s unique strengths and interests, supporting each child and family in building a strong foundation to succeed in their own ways.

Our interventions are rooted in our extensive knowledge of global development, providing appropriate scaffolding to support each child’s learning and engagement in meaningful interactions. We emphasize family participation and interdisciplinary collaboration throughout our therapeutic process, ensuring that every child receives comprehensive and holistic care. Developmental Therapist

Please note that this position does have specific credentialing requirements, as noted below. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered, regardless of other experience.

Position Requirements:

  • Driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance
  • Degree requirements: A Master’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Child Development, Child Development and Family Studies, Early Intervention, or Elementary Education (these degrees are required for Early Intervention credentialing with the State of Illinois)
  • Experience working with children birth to twelve years of age, including children with neurotypical and neurodivergent learning styles
  • Personable and playful personality
  • Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, establish goals, and provide exceptional evidence-based treatment interventions for children aged birth to twelve
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
  • Engage in mentorship process in open and collaborative manner
  • Attend monthly team meetings

Occupational Therapist

Position Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited program
  • Driver's license, personal vehicle with insurance
  • OT license for the state of Illinois, or eligible to obtain such
  • 1+ years of post-graduate experience with the birth to three population
  • Experience working with children birth to twelve years of age, including children with neurotypical and neurodivergent learning styles
  • Personable and playful personality
  • Strong knowledge of sensory processing
  • Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, establish goals, and provide exceptional evidence-based treatment interventions for children aged birth to twelve
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
  • Engage in mentorship process in open and collaborative manner
  • Attend monthly team meetings

Physical Therapist (PT)

Position Requirements:

  • Doctorate from a CAPTE accredited program
  • Minimum one year pediatric experience; multidisciplinary setting is preferred
  • Current PT license in Illinois
  • Driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance
  • Strong knowledge of child development, including children with neurotypical and neurodivergent learning styles
  • Personable, playful, and engaging; able to effectively build rapport with children and their families
  • Motivated to become a contributing member of an established team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confidence in professional ability to effectively convey clinical skills and knowledge to clients
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic therapy role
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

Speech-Language Pathologist - CCC

Position Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree from an ASHA accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
  • Driver's license, personal vehicle with insurance
  • Experience working with children birth to twelve years of age, including children with neurotypical and neurodivergent learning styles
  • Personable and playful personality
  • Sensory and/or oral-motor feeding experience is a plus!
  • Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, establish goals, and provide exceptional evidence-based treatment interventions for children aged birth to twelve

Speech-Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellowship

Position Requirements:

  • Masters Degree from an ASHA accredited program
  • Second year clinical placement in a pediatric setting is preferred
  • Driver's license, personal vehicle with insurance
  • Experience working with children birth to twelve years of age, including children with neurodivergent and neurotypical learning styles
  • Personable and playful personality
  • Sensory and/or oral-motor feeding experience is a plus!
  • Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team

Position Requirements:

  • At least two years of pediatric experience (0-12 years of age)
  • Personable and playful personality

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a caseload that includes four half days in the PlayWorks Prep Preschool program in addition to one-on-one treatment sessions
  • Evaluate, establish goals, and provide exceptional evidence-based treatment interventions for children aged birth to twelve

  • Engage in mentorship process in open and collaborative manner
