Illinois Early Intervention Families:
If your child is eligible for Illinois Early Intervention, payment will initially be submitted to private insurance or paid by the State of Illinois if the insurance does not cover services.

Non-Early Intervention Families:
We are an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Choice. We are registered out-of-network providers for all major PPO insurance plans, including, but not limited to, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare. Families are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurances and applicable uncovered charges. For clients who are self-pay, payment is due at the time of service. Please contact one of our team members to discuss our various payment options.

PlayWorks Therapy, Inc. directly bills your PPO insurance plan for speech therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and social work/counseling services. A significant portion of our therapeutic preschool program, PlayWorks Prep, is billable to insurance. Developmental therapy services are not covered by insurance.
